Here you go! This was a really good time working on them, again I learned some new things & techniques and this was also a good lesson from the geography :D

I forgot:

new caledonia (has an official independence flag since 2010)

and there is no country called moldavia (there was a vassal of the ottoman empire by this name), but the flag you provided is for the republic of moldova

I have tried to map the coutry flags for this csv: [link]

There are quite a few exceptions where I failed.

I have found IP-s but no flags for the following:

tokelau (flag missing)
guyana (flag missing, do not confuse with guinea, ghana, french guiana or french guinea)

there is quite a large amount of france overseas (I can use the french flag but if would be nice to have a distinction):

réunion (has a flag, but part of france)
guadeloupe (has a flag, but part of france)
territory of the french southern and antarctic lands -> (has a flag, but I'm not sure about the level of sovereignty)
french guiana (not french guinea. it has a flag but part of france)

there is some great britain too (I used the GB flag):

jersey (it's practically great britain, but has a flag, and has distinct IP addresses)

and there are some places that are beyond my level of recognition (not sure what to do with them):

serbia and montenegro (it is a former country, but somehow there is an IP-range for it in the linked table. I have used the serbian flag)
saint martin (this is a half french, half dutch island with no flag, so I don't know what can I do with it)
antarctica (not very likely to get IP-s from here, and it has no flag)
